Feature

1. Adopt a full servo motor driving system: sealing, film pulling and cutting. Each process is controlled by one separate servo motor for precise actions and high speed; the maximum packing speed can be up to 100 bags per minute.
2. Panasonic PLC with a color touch screen and quick and convenient adjustment of relevant production parameters
3. The super-long auger extends to the bag bottom to avoid rising powder and assure tight sealing; it is incised from the whole block of SS304; there is no welding part for accurate measuring and a longer life span; it is quick and easy to assemble and disassemble to enable easy cleaning at any time.
4. The new fully-closed feeding structure, which adopts the movable auger feeding system, makes the measurement more accurate, and there is no leakage when the machine is running.
5. Patented sealing system L-shape sealing design can realize vertical sealing and horizontal sealing synchronously, greatly reduce sealing time, and improve packaging speed.
6. The servo motor-driven sealing part can make sure the sealing pattern uniform and clear, the sealing area is flat and beautiful, and there is no leakage or wrinkle for good air tightness.
7. The external cutter allows quick, convenient and safe adjustment of cutting position while the machine keeps running; there is no need to stop the machine.
8. Double cutters as an option can achieve chain bag (link bag) function, greatly reduce labor intensity in cartoning work, and assure accurate bags in each carton.
